We can accept party visits from April to the end of September but are unable to accept party visits on Mondays, Fridays, or just before, during or just after special event days (please see dates on the enclosed calendar).
Parties for daytime visits (10 am – 4 pm) should contain a minimum of 10 visitors.
Party rates: Adult £5.00 each, Senior Citizens £4.50 each, Children 5 – 15 £4.00 each. Special rates are available for school parties.
(Non-school parties are required to forward a non-returnable deposit of £40.00 with their booking request)
Parties for evening visits (after 6pm) should contain a minimum of 20 visitors. Please note there is a minimum charge of £90.00 for evening visits, there are no concessions, all admissions are £4.50 per person, all ages.
Confirmation of your visit must be received by the museum at least 14 days before the intended visit in order for us to have sufficient volunteer staff available.
Visits from vintage and classic vehicle owners and clubs are also most welcome.
Any vintage vehicle can be displayed on the museum site during normal opening hours on days other than those of specific special events (see Events Diary).
Or how about a Birthday Party! The museum café can offer a range of buffet options to suit all ages and tastes, and with all there is to see and do at the museum, you’ve got the entertainment in hand!
